d graham ARCHITECTURE inc operates out of Sidney, BC. and delivers services in specification writing, product evaluation including ‘green’ product evaluation and sustainable design for architectural firms and other members of the construction community including building owners. The firm also delivers design services for small projects such new homes, renovations and building siding renewal. David Graham Architect AIBC has been a LEED AP for 9 years and writes specifications for LEED projects in both BC and Alberta. David’s experience spans over 25 years to include project types such as hospitals, high schools, middle schools, colleges, government centres, DND, retail commercial, residential low-rise and high-rise, restaurants, retail, banks and automotive dealerships. David is the current director of the Vancouver Island Chapter of CSC (Construction Specifications Canada) and sits on the National CSC Board of Directors. He is an instructor for the CSC courses of Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) and Construction Contract Administration (CCA). David is also a design mentor for students in the RAIC Architecture Syllabus program.
