The Community Arts Council of the Saanich Peninsula (CACSP) is a registered charitable organization with a mandate to encourage, support and promote Peninsula cultural activities. All forms of artistic expression come under the umbrella of the CACSP including dance, music, literature, visual arts, photography and theatre. The Council organizes festivals, art shows & sales, studio tours and provides funding, in the form of grants, to member groups. The CACSP strives to provide a collective voice for the arts community. Provincial and municipal funding is augmented by our own fundraising initiatives. .Joining the CACSP is important to all art and culture lovers. A strong membership lets the Government know that supporting the ‘Arts ‘is important for the health of a well- balanced community.
