Take a walk through time and discover the railway station, Critchley’s Store and the Barn. Fascinating special exhibits every month.

Sidney Museum and Archives specializes in the history and growth of the Saanich Peninsula. The museum takes the visitor on a tour starting with the natural history of the area, followed by a display of First Nations and then the railways on the Saanich Peninsula. There are many more exhibits to enjoy and each month the museum hosts a temporary display featuring arts and crafts and local collections. The Archives are located at the rear of the Sidney Town Hall off Fourth Street and house a large collection of documents, local newspapers and photographs. Please check our website for hours of operation.
