We are committed to helping you be the healthiest you can! We work well as a team of health care professionals to help prevent injuries and falls, prepare you for surgery, and guide you to fully recovery from injuries so you can get back to being as healthy as possible. Our free educational seminars at the clinic aim to inform you about different areas of your body so you can take an active part in your health. These seminars are always posted at our front desk, as well as on our facebook site. We accept all patients including DVA, DND, WCB, ICBC, and MSP.

Call to book an appointment. We always appreciate when you book early if you’re injured. It allows us to quickly and easily resolve the problem before it becomes chronic. This is always the shortest route to recovery.

Team Bio’s

Ina Smith
Manual & Manipulative Physiotherapist, McKenzie approach for backs, Biomechanics, Sports Physiologist/Physiologist/Nutrition, trained in the UK, Germany, and Canada, 20+ years experience.

Jodi Ganton
Jodi is a Registered Physiotherapist with specific training in the management and treatment of incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and constipation. A graduate from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1988, Jodi has over 25 years experience and has completed postgraduate courses in incontinence, pelvic dysfunction, sexual dysfunction and orthopaedics. Since 2000 she has specialized in the assessment and treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in men and women. This includes treating incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and constipation. When not at work, Jodi enjoys watching her children play sports, gardening, and yoga.

Joanna Campbell
RMT, Reg. Clinical Counsellor, been with the clinic for years. She uses a Somatic Sensing technique that works very well with our Chronic Pain clients.

Heidi Nottelman
Kinesiologist, provides Exercise & Medical Rehab, FMS Assessment, Return to Work Rehab, Exercise Physiologist, Fitness Instructor, Educator.

Taylor McAdam
Taylor graduated from the 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2012. Her treatments consist of a blend of myofascial release and general Swedish massage, including trigger point pressure release and assorted active techniques. She has worked with people in various stages of recovery from surgeries, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and other chronic and acute pain conditions. She also works part time as a private care aide for a quadriplegic man.

Beth Bates
Beth is a manual Physiotherapist. She has six years of experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation and is also an Acupuncture practitioner . She trained at UBC in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. Beth is committed to helping patients achieve their physical goals (ie. rehabilitation, strengthening falls prevention, return to work, sports performance, etc.). Beth also enjoys playing soccer and rock climbing.

Linda Walker
Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapist, Kinesiologist, Owner, UBC Clinical Educator, Biomechanics, Sports Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Vestibular Therapy (Dizziness), IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) Chronic Pain, Acquired Brain Injury, Cardiorespiratory Therapy, Injury Prevention Educator, works at both clinics.
