The Paddle Canada SUP Essentials or Basic course introduces the paddler to all the basic skills required to get started & to be safe on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Information about the equipment, safety , various paddle strokes, launching and landing your SUP is included.No experience is required and lots of fun is guaranteed!$70 + GST(includes SUP rental, safety gear, wetsuit & PC certification)
