Sea Cider will be hosting a day of fun-filled, family event on January 21st. This is a free event with food and drink tickets available for purchase. Wassailing is an ancient custom in which we bless the orchard and scare away all the evil spirits. The word ‘wassail’ comes from the Anglo-Saxon phrase ‘waes hael’, which means ‘good health’. We will be offering: - Guided tours of the cidery and orchard - Kids crafts & activities - Complimentary welcome glass of cider - Cider for purchase - Official orchard blessing - Morris dancers - Mummers play
